Cila
Oliveira Soares
CEO
With a degree in Marketing and a postgraduate degree in Image, Protocol, and Event Organization, Cila Oliveira Soares brings approximately 20 years of professional experience in Human Resources Consulting.
After a brief period working in education, she joined a renowned Human Resources Consulting Company. Over the years, she developed and managed team building projects as well as corporate events in various contexts, collaborating with clients from diverse sectors from Consulting and Professional Services to Industry, Logistics, Distribution, Banking and Insurance, as well as the Public Sector.
Her journey includes participation in several Social Solidarity and Intervention Projects. She served as the President of the Projeto Crescer Associação for twelve years. Crescer is an association that promotes actions of support, integration, and assistance to disadvantaged children and youths.

Lourenço Silva
DIRECTOR
With 26 years of experience in Human Resources, Margarida Lourenço Silva began her career in 1998 at one of the leading groups in the Contact Center and BPO sector. In her first two years, she worked as an HR Consultant, responsible for recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for new talent.
In 2001, she was entrusted with the challenge of creating and leading the Group’s Human Resources Department. By 2005, driven by her growing connection to the business and understanding of the company’s strategic needs, she assumed the role of Commercial Director, taking charge of managing the Group’s four largest clients and strengthening her commercial and management skills. She was also part of the management team from 2010 to 2011.
Following this, she spent two years as a freelancer, focusing on business development for training and technology companies.
In 2015, Margarida was invited to join a leading HR consultancy firm as Commercial Director. She managed and developed clients and projects across various areas, including Consulting, Training, Team Building, Executive Search, Talent Assessment, and HR Digital, serving diverse sectors such as Public Administration, Industry, Media, Consulting, and Financial Services, among others. This experience enhanced her versatility and depth in client and project management.
Throughout her career, she has led multidisciplinary teams in Human Resources, Business Development, and Pre-Sales, contributing to the creation and development of new business areas.
Passionate about delivering the best solutions to clients and driven by results, Margarida’s career reflects a steadfast commitment to excellence and precision in project execution.
She has now joined RemarkablePeople as a Director, with the mission of driving its growth and establishing it as a benchmark in Portugal.
Isabel
Costa Macedo
MANAGER
Isabel Costa Macedo holds a Master’s in Psychology and Human Resources Development from the Universidade Católica Portuguesa and a postgraduate degree in Organizational Psychology from Mackenzie in São Paulo. She has over eight years of professional experience in human resources in the industrial sector and consulting.
Isabel has excelled in team coordination within organizations and in developing policies related to talent retention and the promotion of physical, mental, and emotional health. Throughout her career, she has led Coaching & Mentoring programs, designing training sessions focused on developing behavioral skills such as leadership, teamwork, and communication. She has also spearheaded recruitment processes, onboarding, and the integration of new employees.
Certified in “International Coaching, NLP, and Mentoring,” Isabel is one of the creators of the podcast “The Power of Mentoring” from the European Mentoring Coaching and Counsel – Portugal. Her authentic and empathetic approach is always aimed at facilitating positive changes, helping individuals and organizations achieve their full potential.
Passionate about human development, she believes that self-awareness is crucial for individual growth both as an employee and as a person. Isabel joins RemarkablePeople with a commitment to fostering the development of individuals within organizations, always with the goal of contributing to a more fulfilled and productive society.

Lacerda
MANAGER
With a master’s degree in Psychology from the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of the University of Porto, Lara Lacerda has nine years of professional experience in management, training and people development.
After her first experience in social intervention with children and young people at risk, she took on responsibilities in human resources and operational management.
She is currently a Manager at RemarkablePeople, where she is responsible for managing experiential training projects – from strategic design and planning to implementation and impact assessment. Holder of a Certificate of Pedagogical Competence (CCP), she combines the coordination of teams and partners with the direct promotion of skills development actions, ensuring a consistent, creative and results-oriented approach.
With an analytical, empathetic and excellence-oriented profile, Lara stands out for her ability to collaborate, her rigour in execution and the way she transforms each project into a learning process with purpose and impact.

Vasques de Carvalho
CONSULTANT
With a degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Psychology and Human Resources Development from the Portuguese Catholic University of Porto, António Vasques de Carvalho has always been driven by a genuine curiosity about human behaviour and a clear desire to contribute to more humane, collaborative and effective work environments.
He joined RemarkablePeople to consolidate his career in Human Resources, applying his knowledge to challenging projects and continuously learning from each context, client and team he works with.
With a people-centred approach and a mindset of continuous improvement, he values feedback, knowledge sharing and collaboration as pillars of personal and organisational development. He is particularly interested in methodologies and tools that promote sustainable growth, active learning and positive impact in organisations.
